EXB (UK) Ltd

EXB (UK) Limited is a specialist in wholesale distribution of original equipment Air Braking products for commercial vehicles. EXB have large warehouses in Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester who supply parts throughout the UK, Ireland and beyond.

Above the Bristol warehouse page, there is an embedded map just out of shot on this screen shot. A centred 980 pixel wide design suitable for todays modern monitors. Right most column is mainly cosmetic with no text information lost even on older monitors with only a maximum 800 pixel width resolution.

Bristol Oporto Association

Bristol's twin city in Portugal, Oporto or Porto, which gave its name to both the country and the fortified wine, its football team currently beats the capital Lisbon's best teams too. Artwork and text supplied by the Bristol Oporto Association.

Hosting doesn't have to be supplied by Bristol PC. In this case the web site is hosted on a BOA members web site that is bundled with there internet service providers broadband supply. A zero cost hosting option, though it does tie you to your broadband supplier and may make make getting traffic from search engines a little harder.

Shaun Steer

Shaun Steer is a very talented young singer and actor based in Bristol. If you think thats exaggeration just listen to Shaun Steer's mp3 clips and judge for yourself.

A popular design choice a fixed width design centred to display in the middle of the screen area. Fitting on screens of 800 pixels (dots) wide or larger without left right scroll bars.

Suitable for visitors using both the more modest and older 800x600 pixel resolution monitors and the larger high resolution monitors on modern PC's.

Page headings using Broadway BT font on computers running Windows XP or later but reverting to more standard fonts if that font is not available.
